The Mini and Youth Section AGM will be held at the club on Wednesday 25th May at 7.30pm.
At the AGM we will provide feedback on the previous season, present the section accounts, and elect the M&Y Committee. There are currently two key vacancies on the committee:
M&Y Membership Secretary - responsible for ensuring the club membership database is up to date and that new players are registered. Ensuring subs are paid by members.
Minis Fixture Secretary - responsible for liaising with other local clubs to arrange friendly fixtures for U7 - U12 age groups.
The club and the M&Y section relies on the generosity of volunteers to provide the rugby that your children enjoy. If you would like to find out more about these roles, or are interested in volunteering for the section, then please let me know.
